We all saw that last year the decor trends were all about the coppers and marbles, very clean and a bit princess-y! This year the trends have changed quite a bit, and to some of us it will be beautiful while some of us don't really like that style.
This year the trends focus a more boho and hippie kind of look, check it out:
The big trend colour this year are the blues, either vibrant blues for special pieces in the room, or the more grey-ish blues on the walls, to a variety of tones of blue everywhere in the room. There are also lots of greens and earthy tones in the mix, but the blues seem to be the focus.

There is a big vibe on having terracotta floors now, not the glossy terracotta, but those old looking rough terracotta tiles.

Also to accompany the terracotta, the rough look of corks are being used for the floors, walls and furniture as unique pieces in the room.

The usage of old furniture that has been refurbished, but not perfect looking finishes is a look that stays and ties in together with all the rough looking rooms.

Lots of un-matching, clashing and weird mixes is the must on patterns right now. Mix and match your fabrics.

That is a trend that started a while back and is firmly hanging on. This adds the extra boho and Mediterranean look that the rooms are building up.
