One of them is being more organised, another one is saving money, and losing weight, and so on...
I also make the same faulty promises, but last year I managed to keep my promises for a lot longer than before, and when I fell off the waggon, it didn't take me long to back to it, not that I wasn't really bad in some areas, which I was... awful actually!
But what helped me to keep those promises for longer was the fact I stayed true to my planner.
So every time I broke a promise, the planner reminded me of it, and so I felt guilty and jumped back to it quite quickly.
Last year I used a Filofax planner, which was great, and I customised it as I wanted. But this year I wanted something different, I wanted to try a book planner, and these are the ones I found that I most liked:
