Berry smoothie recipe

This is a very yummy and easy smoothie to make, that I like having for breakfast.

Ingredients (makes 1 smoothie):

5 strawberries
10 blueberries
10 blackberries
3 tbsp Greek yogurt

Preparation:

Put all ingredients in a bowl and with a handy beater mush up all the fruit, or beat it all in a blender.

Put it in a mug and drink!

Enjoy!

What kind of smoothie do you like making?

  1. Stunning color! And absolutely no sugar? Can you describe what it was like the taste :)
I love rhubarb, and make a smoothie based on it.

    1. I will consider rhubarb next.
NO SUGAR! It tastes beautiful, has the tanginess of the fruits plus the smoothness of the yogurt.

  2. How simple is that! Yogurt just brings it all together into a creamy and delicious drink you could in fact eat with a spoon!

    1. I love banana in smoothies, but when in a ketogenic diet like I am now, I cannot have banana - it has too many carbs!

    1. totally agree, I just did it this way because my diet restricts having things like ice cream and even certain fruits.
