Basics on how to make protein snacks

I love having protein bars when I'm out of the gym going straight to do something else and I know I need that extra bit of energy.

Unfortunately there doesn't seem to be lots of options out there, and after a while having the same thing over and over again, I thought of looking out for recipes and figuring how to make my own different protein rich snack.

I came around protein bars, protein bites, protein cookies, and pretty much anything you can think of in a protein rich manner.

As a beginner of protein filled foods I decided to get the easy graphics to know where to start, and this is what I am sharing with you right now.
So if you are like me that has never made anything like this, it won't seem scary to try.

Have you ever made protein snacks?
Did you enjoy it?

  5. I love mixing it up. I might need to give this a try and see what I like. I haven't had a lot of protein bars in my life.

  6. I am going to pin this. I hadn't thought about making my own but it's so much better than processed bars sold in stores.
