I love having protein bars when I'm out of the gym going straight to do something else and I know I need that extra bit of energy.
Unfortunately there doesn't seem to be lots of options out there, and after a while having the same thing over and over again, I thought of looking out for recipes and figuring how to make my own different protein rich snack.
I came around protein bars, protein bites, protein cookies, and pretty much anything you can think of in a protein rich manner.
As a beginner of protein filled foods I decided to get the easy graphics to know where to start, and this is what I am sharing with you right now.
So if you are like me that has never made anything like this, it won't seem scary to try.
