As I have told you in previous posts, and if your follow me in social media you will know that I have been dedicating my body to loads of workout routines, and to my desperation I have to soon leave Britain to go back to Brazil, and once again go through medical analyses of my cancer.
So, what terrifies me about it, is that I workout out for let's say 3 months, start getting where I want to be fit wise, and then I have to leave my gym, my bike, and etc behind, for a couple of months of doing nothing.
And if you are like me that struggles with loosing weight and keeping fit, you know that that is a heart breaker.
Therefore, I have been trying to come up with an easy and not expensive way to continue working out even while in Brazil.
Apart from the obvious which is going to parks and running, I wanted more.
More that would keep pushing my whole body to work.
I have gotten for Christmas a full set of Zumba DVDs that have so many workouts that are just purely amazing.
It is called Zumba Fitness Exhilarate body shaping system.
For people like me that love dancing and music oriented workouts, there is nothing better.
This set comes with 7 DVDs, 2 toning sticks and a programme guide.
What I was amazed is that the programme guide actually tells you how to use the DVDs depending on what you want, and gives you a diet and workout regime for to loose weight.
A lot more complete than I thought it would be.
If you are a beginner in Zumba, don't be afraid, they have all levels in it. You can start in the step by step DVD where you will learn the basics, and each DVD goes higher in intensity and level, so you can take you time and start from where you think yourself fit better.
