Open apple tart recipe
This is a recipe passed in my family.
It is very easy, quick and cheap to make, and obviously most of all DELICIOUS!!!
Ingredients for the dough:
3/4 cup sugar
2 1/2 cup flour
1 tb yeast
2 medium eggs
1 cup milk
1/2 cup oil
Ingredients for the filling:
3 medium apples
Juice of 1/2 of a lemon
Preparation of dough:
Pre heat the oven to 350 degrees F or 180 degrees C.
Mix all the dough ingredients in a mixer until well blended.
Preparation of filling:
Peel and chop the apples.
Put them in the lemon juice, so they won't become brown.
Grease and flour the baking tray.
Put the dough in the tray, spread evenly.
Put the chopped apples on top of the dough.
Powder cinnamon on top of the apples.
Put the tart in the oven and let it cook for approximately 40 minutes or until the batter has cooked through.
Let it cool and serve.
