Carbs are not all that evil - the truth about carbs
We are used to hearing the word "Carbs" and automatically thinking "Oh yes, very fattening", but is it really? I have come to dismistify our preconceived ideas of this nutrient.
When it comes to our dietary needs we know that it is basically divided into PROTEIN, CARBOHYDRATES and FAT. Those 3 are called macro-nutrients. They are all very important and we cannot cut them out of our lives, because our body needs all of them to function properly. The actual matter here is how much of each do our bodies need.
