We all get caught up in looking our best, and very often forget to take care of our psyche. Our mind leads us on our way of being, acting and reacting to things, and if we don't take care of it we stop being the wonderful people we are and become a very difficult person to deal with, and even getting awful sicknesses like ulcers and cancers.
I've researched in a few places and came up with a list of 10 things that anyone can do to help you preserve your mental health in a good state. This article by no means is trying to replace a doctors appointment and/or professional help, this only a simple guide to help you along.
