Perfect Healthy Breakfast

There is a whole bunch of articles out there saying "This is your ideal breakfast" or "That is". But if we stop to think about it, there isn't one perfect breakfast out there that will suit everyone's needs. 
Thinking of that, when you plan your breakfast first thing you have to think is "Do I have any conditions that limits my intake?", if yes then keep them in mind. Then, "What kind of food do I like having in the morning?", is it sweet, salty, warm, cold, and finally "What can I afford to get for breakfast?".
