Cheesecake



Ingredients:


Crust Ingredients:


18 graham crackers
3 tablespoons melted butter


Filling Ingredients:


1/4 cup all-purpose flour
1 cup sour cream
1 tablespoon vanilla extract
4 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese
1 1/2 cups white sugar
2/3 cup milk
4 eggs
1 or 2 teaspoons freshly grated lemon zest
1 or 2 teaspoons freshly grated orange zest


Preparation:


Smash all the crackers and add the butter. Mix it until well blended.

Butter the pan and press the dough mix at the bottom.

In a bowl, mix together the flour, sour cream and vanilla extract. Set aside.


In a big bowl, cream the cream cheese and sugar. Then add the milk and mix until blended. Add egg one by one mixing it. Add the zests and mix.


Unite the sour cream mix and the cream cheese one and mix well, without over mixing!


Pour it in the pan lined with the crackers mix. Put it in the pre-heated oven for 45 minutes to 1 hour. (Until golden). Switch the oven off and let it cool in there for 3 to 4 hours.
Then take it out of the oven and cool it at room temperature or in the fridge, however you prefer.


You may style it before putting it in the fridge!
